I have loved singing and performing since I was a young child and some people say I love being the centre of attention! My favourite thing to do is to sing with my encore friends no matter what the occasion is.
Singing in a group is a feeling that cannot be matched by anything else. No matter how bad your day is going, you will go away with a smile on your face and a spring in your step. We hope other people enjoy our singing as much as we do!

I'm Speech & Language Therapist working in Kilkenny and more importantly I'm a Mum to two gorgeous little boys. I've been singing in choirs all my life, but being a member of enCÓRe is so much more. It's a supportive, fun group of friends who together create something truly unique.
I love that music has the power to evoke such a range of emotions and feelings, for both the listener and the performer. To be a small part in that powerful process with all my enCÓRe Ladies is exhilarating.

I have been working in arts management and development for 10 years now, predominantly developing musical opportunities for children and young people. I currently work for VISUAL Carlow and am a wife and mother to two little ones.
Singing is my connection to myself and to others. Being a member of enCÓRe gives me a huge sense of self. The comradery we have together is amazing which makes the group bond extremely strong. I never take for granted that I am a member of enCÓRe and I am so privileged to have a family of soul sisters around me that have my back.

I am a mammy to a beautiful little girl and newborn baby boy/girl. I am also a secondary school teacher in County Kildare.
Music and singing have always been part of my life growing up. I love that music and singing can be shared with other people, especially the girls in enCÓRe. Being a member is so much fun and brings joy and happiness into my life. The group has given me amazing opportunities to perform, which I would not have had if it wasn’t for this talented group of women. Getting to share these experiences with my youngest sister Claire is extra special.
